Unlike the picture Mr. Berntstein showed, Homo Ergaster had a face complete with skin. But they also were able to track animals based on their footprints. They had a rudimentary language. They also has less hair and were able to sweat. They also fashioned the first primative tools, like an axe.
They used words but they could also detect rain and track foot prints.
