I think there are more people and jail with mental illness because i think they want to keep them from being freein the world
i think its both because there some in jail or some who are getting help. but idk
People with mental illiness end up in prison because most people with mental illiness have schizophrenia and perform hainess acts of violence.
i think they get locked up so that people dont have to deal with them
because there mind isnt right and the state doesnt want to take them out tha prison and put them in a mental insatution.
i think alot of people that is incarcreated ar mental ill beacuse they dont kno how to react to certain situarions and they overeaact and do things that cause harm to them or harm otherss/.;
