After listening to the NPR law, do you think that the enforcing drug laws in the United States is job of the Federal or State constitution?

    I think its both but more as a federal law. I think if its legal in one place it should be legal in the whole U.S. and if its illegal in some places it should be illigal in the whole U.S. But over all I think it should be legal to stop trafficing and fights over terretory.

    I think it should be a job for the states because it all depends on the people that are in the different states. Cause in every state there is different type of people that have different opinions..
